What you get
A tool that turns your text, image or settings into a 3D model. The parametric side is free and needs no account. AI generation costs credits.
Who owns the models
You do. Whatever you generate is yours to use — privately or commercially, print it, sell the prints, put it in a game. We take no cut and require no credit.
Publishing a model to the gallery grants others the right to download and use it. You can unpublish at any time.
What we expect from you
- Do not upload images or text you have no rights to.
- Do not generate anything unlawful or meant to harm.
- Do not try to overload the service or work around its limits.
We may close an account that breaks these.
Credits and payments
A credit is taken when generation starts. If it fails, the credit is refunded automatically. Credits do not expire.
Purchased credits are digital content delivered immediately. By buying you agree to delivery starting before the withdrawal period ends, which ends the right to withdraw. If something does not work, write to us and we will sort it out.
Warranties
We work hard to keep models accurate and printable, and every generator is machine-checked for watertightness. Even so, checking the result before printing or manufacturing is on you. We are not liable for damage from using a model.
We aim to keep the service up, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we will e-mail you at least 14 days ahead.
If you are not happy
Write to us first — most things get sorted the same day. If our answer does not satisfy you, as a consumer you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body, in particular the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Inspectorate for the Žilina Region, Predmestská 71, P. O. BOX B-89, 011 79 Žilina 1, Slovakia.
A business acting in the course of its trade is not a consumer — such disputes we settle by agreement first.
